Getting Involved

EACD Nominations for Secretary Nominations of candidates for this extremely important position are sought. The post has to be elected at the Annual General Meeting at the Istanbul meeting in May. The Secretary is one of the Executive Officers of the General Management Committee. This position is key to successful communication within the organization and the coordination of the activities of EACD. EACD therefore welcomes nominations of members with organisational skills and a well-developed network of colleagues in and outside Europe. Nominations should be submitted before 20 April 2012. Joining BACD Membership is open to all professionals working in the field of childhood disability, including consultant paediatrics, specialist nursing, speech and language therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology and education, etc.
