This free event is being held to launch the Be-Well Checklist

The aim of this checklist is to help parents, carers and professionals reduce challenging behaviour and improve the wellbeing of people with severe learning disability and complex needs.

The checklist is a useful tool as it provides a list of things to work through and keeps track of someone‚Äôs behaviour and wellbeing. There are a number of accompanying guides linked to the checklist which look at anxiety. cognitive differences, emotional outbursts, pain, sensory processing and sleep.

There will be a short presentation on the checklist and then a question and answer panel session.
