GOLD ACCREDITATION
The trust/health board/ care provider has had Silver “Weigh to Go” accreditation for 12 months
There is clear evidence that Silver accreditation is maintained with the following additional criteria:
- There is clear evidence of ongoing (at least annual) audit/ clinical governance review of growth and nutrition measurements for disabled children
- Trust/health board induction in relevant services, and for appropriate professional groups includes training in growth and nutrition measurements for all children including vulnerable groups including disabled children, looked after children and those with neurodevelopmental diversity
- There is a regular renewal of the induction training for appropriate professional groups in mandatory training
