Undergraduate students & Foundation Drs - those studying for a Bachelors degree or in a Foundation Training Programme

Terms and Conditions

  • Last date to book is 9am, Monday 24 November 2025.
  • Registrations must be made via the BACD booking system below using a debit/credit card or contact the BACD office for information on paying by bank transfer. BACD is not able to raise invoices for conference bookings under any circumstances.
  • We cannot guarantee that all talks will be recorded and available to view after the event. Where consent has been given by speakers, talks will be recorded and a link sent to registered delegates for viewing for 4 weeks after the event. Please note that where videos of patients, identifying information, or unpublished research is presented, these may be removed from the final recording at the request of the speaker.
  • You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund minus 5% admin fee if you notify us by Wednesday 19 November. If you cancel you will not receive the link to join the event or to view the recording of the event.
