When will the Audit 2024 take place?
The Audit will take place over a 4 week period from now until the end of February 2024
Data Collection
Once you complete the form below, we will email an excel spreadsheet to use as a data collection tool, and a link to complete a checklist to provide information on:
- resources for weighing and measuring children in all settings
- policies and procedures with respect to staff training of how to weigh and measure all children (typically developing, those with physical neurodisability and those with neurodevelopmental diversity)
- care pathways in place to support children and young people who are not growing appropriately, and need onward referral and/or intervention.
