The 2027 BACD Annual Scientific Meeting will take place on Wednesday 10 & Thursday 11 March 2027, at the Royal Victoria Crown Plaza Hotel in Sheffield.
The first day will comprise of personal practice workshops and the second day will take the form of a traditional conference. Please note that the exhibition will only take place on the second day, which is a hybrid event.

Location: Assembly Room, Royal Victoria Crown Plaza Hotel Sheffield. Only registered delegates will have access to the exhibition room.
Attendees: UK-based consultant paediatricians, SAS and resident doctors, along with therapists, nurses and other members of the multi-disciplinary team working with disabled children and young people.
We expect to have approximately 150 attendees in person for the conference, with an additional 100 delegates joining virtually. All delegates will receive a digital programme.

- Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by email to [email protected]
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Wednesday 18 February 2026 under any circumstances.
- Cancellations received between Friday 29 January and Thursday 18 February 2027 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received before Thursday 28 January 2026 will receive a full refund minus a £50 admin fee.
- Data Protection - the details you provide on the booking form will be held and processed electronically.
- Stand position will be allocated on a first come-first served basis upon receipt of full payment.
Please note that BACD does not accept sponsorship or exhibitor bookings from companies that market breast milk substitutes. In addition, BACD reserves the right to refuse bookings from organisations whose aims are not in keeping with those of the Academy.
