The Challenging Behaviour Foundation has published a briefing paper and a data supplement which summarise the available data and evidence on early intervention for the 40,000 children in England with learning disabilities, whose behaviour is described as challenging. A group of academic experts worked together to develop this briefing paper and to reach a consensus on the implications.
